It is a popular preparation in many parts of the country during auspicious occasions like weddings. This sweet dish is not only heart but also very healthy as it is loaded with fiber and minerals. It is the perfect ending to a delicious meal as it also aids digestion while giving you the satisfaction of enjoying a guilt-free sweet dish.
Ingredients:
Sugar(49%), Wheat Flakes (28%), Rice Flour, Modified Starch(E1400), Milk Powder, Ghee, Wheat Rava, Moong Dal, Cashew, Raisin, Cardamom & Salt.
Directions for Use:
• Add two measures of milk and one measure of water to one measure of instant godhi payasa mix.
• Stir this mixture well, Boil for 5 minutes on medium flame. Chill and enjoy.
• A measure is a cup or container of your choice. From a 250 gram packet, one litre of payasam can be prepared.
