This is a very unlikely to face this situation since unavailable products cannot be ordered or they are not displayed on the website. We make sure your order will be delivered as per your order. If in case of some the product is missing after the delivery, we make sure it reaches you or your money is returned for the product which is missing.

Kindly login to Grobasket.dk website and go to the “My Orders/Order History” in “My Account” section at the bottom of the web page.Now , you can see all the list of orders you placed, at the end of each order you will find reorder button, Kindly click on the REORDER button and you will moved to the check out page, were you can modify the list if you want and complete the order.

We always have 100% quality products and do periodic quality check, so it is unlikely to have an expired or defective product getting delivered. But, in case if you issues with any product for any reasons, you can return it to our Representative at time of delivery itself or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

If you do not want a product you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery and the products should be in as it is condition when you received, so we can either exchange or equivalent e-voucher on your account. Please contact our Customer Service team to discuss on return of product.

It depends on the mode of payment, in case of cash-on- delivery during the delivery, our delivery representative will deduct the return product value and collect the bill amount from the customer, in case of payment through bank account, we will need you back account details to credit back or equivalent e-voucher on your account. PAYMENT OPTIONS

All the products displayed are including TAX. After placing the order, you will get the invoice with the product and tax split up, there is no hidden or additional charges.

Cash on delivery means that you can pay cash for your order at the time of delivery of order at your doorstep.

Card on delivery is very simple, it works as you pay in a store or a taxi, you can pay through Credit or Debit card at the time of order delivery at your doorstep. Our delivery person will carry the card swiping / dipping machine if you have chosen the mode of payment as card on delivery.

FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY REMEMEBER TO PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 17.00 (applies for all days)

We always want to provide the best service to our valued customers and hence provide home deliveries across Copenhagen and beyond.

However, it is important that your address or dwelling should be easily accessible by our delivery personnel to deliver at your door,  keeping thier physical safety and well-being in mind.

  1. We will NOT be able to deliver to your door if you do not have a elevator and live above 1st floor of the building. We will of course be eager to do so if your order is small enough to carry easily or with your helping hand in case of large orders. We are always considerate, if the situation demands and would oblige to do our best to help women and elderly. However, pushing our personnel to deliver in the above cases will lead to heavy fines from the Occupational Health & Safety department in Denmark, which will be transfered to your expense.
  2. We will NOT be able to deliver to your door if you do not have proper parking available in and around your house or buidling. If you insist our personnel to do so, resulting in parking fines, we unfortunately, have to transfer the same to your expense.
  3. In case of a large order with bags of Atta or Rice, We will ONLY  be able to deliver to your door if you lend a helping hand carrying your order with us.
