1. When will I receive my ordered Goods?

During the checkout you have the space to enter the additional information, where you can enter the date and time of delivery you wish to, and we make our best to deliver for you. orders placed after 17:00 CET will be delivered the next day.

If there are any delays in delivery due to unforeseen reasons, the same will be informed to you at the earliest.

2. How is the delivery done?

We have a dedicated and well trained team for handling all the deliveries through different modes, own delivery vehicle operating across the Copenhagen city who ensure timely & safe delivery of products to our customers and  outside Copenhagen will be handled by our industry leading delivery partners.

3. Is it possible to change the delivery address detail which is registered on the website?

Yes, you can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right-hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.

4. Are there any delivery charges applicable for my order?

1. Free shipping days – Wednesday and Saturday if order placed before 17:00 with mimimum order value stated in point 3.

2. Non-free shipping days: Monday, Thursday & Sunday. No deliveries on Tuesday & Friday.

The below delivery charges apply if order placed before 17:00 with minimum order value stated in point 3 & 4.

Grobasket.dk provides the service in Copenhagen and outside Copenhagen currently.
