Bay leaves – 50Gm
Bay Leaves have a mild and sweet taste. Use them to flavour pilaus, biryanis, meat curries, pasta sauces, casseroles and stews. Be sure to remove bay leaves before eating a dish that has finished cooking!
Cinamon sticks- 50gm
Cinnamon is used as a flavoring agent in soft drinks, teas, and bakery products, and is often added to oatmeal, candy, hot chocolate, tea or coffee, and chewing gums. Cinnamon is also a common ingredient in many Indian curries, popular owing to its delicate aroma and medicinal qualities. The bark pieces are fried in hot oil until they unroll (to release the fragrance).
Kalra/ Heera/Trs Cloves – 50gm
Cloves are one of the most useful spices. Use to make authentic garam masala, and in various dhals and pilau rice. It is used in many different types of cuisines. This ground version is especially good in baking.
Kasuri Methi, MDH/TRS, 100gm
Haldi is the grand ingredient that makes kings out of all Indian dishes. A staple in India cuisine, this spice can add flavour, aroma and texture to any and every dish.
Green cardamoms-kalra/Heera – 50 gm
Natco Green Cardamoms are highly aromatic with a sweet distinctive flavour. Used in rice dishes, desserts, apple pies and Indian meat dishes. Place a few pods into a pot of tea or coffee and experience a delicious new taste. You can also break the pod open and use just the seeds, either whole or crushed.
